what supplies does a nurse have in her office? also, what classes would be involved with hygiene (i already have health class, but what else?)

Nurses rarely have an office in the clinic, Drs. do. So, whatever clinic supplies are in the exam rooms or treatment rooms would be the correct answer. This depends on the type of specialty for the clinic.
Another class would be Physiology (or even Biology.) In my HS Physiology class we had to learn all bones, muscles, and their points of origin and insertion. It was a challenging but fun class. We dissected cats.
