If you are halfway finished with a degree at one college and then decide to transfer?
to another college to work on a different degree that doesnt carry the same credits, can you still get financial aid? Or do you have to finish the other degree first, which is an associates

It shouldn’t matter where you’re going to school as long as its accredited. Do you have an academic adviser? Speak to him/her. He/she will be able to point you in the right direction.

As far as I know, you can get financial aid. They’re just loans that you have to pay back. So, you’ll have loans to pay for a degree you didn’t finish, and new loans for the next area of study.
