If they say you need a co-signer, it is not a FAFSA they filled out for you. It must be through an outside lender like Sallie Mae or US Bank? The only way the Federal Government would not grant you a Studnet Loan is if you had one in the past and defaulted. (you never paid them back).

Go on line at: www.fafsa.ed.gov and complete an 07/08 FAFSA if you know you never defaulted on a previous loan.

Students who are looking for a bad credit student loan should pick three schools they are most interested in, talk to the admissions office, and ask what is needed to apply in their school.A bad creditdepending on whether you are a homeowner or not. The rate of interest to be paid on unsecured bad credit student loans is higher than that on secured bad credit student loans. This is because the secured bad credit student loans are backed by your home as a security.

Hi

You are out of luck if you have been denied financial aid from the goverment. Have you ever defaulted on a student loan? If so you need to get that part together before you can apply for a student loan.

Listen to me. Student loans are considered good debt because you are investing in your future. Credit card debt is considered bad debt. If you have defaulted on any of you student loans…FASFA will NOT give you more money because you have broken their trust.

If you have not applied for FASFA you need to do so. http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/
