Colleges have different amounts of loans/aid that you can receive based on whether you live on campus or off campus. Each school has calculated the average cost, and you are only allowed to take out loans or receive aid up to that point. Go talk to your financial aid adviser at the college. You will definitely lose the room money, and you may lose some of the other money as well. Usually aid is disbursed in two payments, one at the beginning of each semester, so you shouldn’t have to give back any of the money that you received for the first semester.

Go to the financial aid office at the school. They will have your file and they will be able to tell you what is going and what each grant is and is not for. If you get 3000 for room and are not going to be there you will lose that, I don’t know about the rest. Good Luck.

ooh that is been a minute on the grounds that i became in college yet i think of your pell grant will stay the same yet once you reside at abode you won’t get the 3000 for the roam on the grounds which you isn’t staying interior the dorm. yet you shold have the skill to call your financial help branch and ask all of them that in case you relatively need to nicely known the respond by way of fact that is suited to get it from them than from somebody off right here who could no longer likely know. reliable success.

Aid is calculated based on expenses. If your identifiable college expenses change, then aid will also change. ($3000)
