you can still apply for federal student aid, if you felony was not drug related. you do have to answer that question on the FAFSA form. you can apply online with the fafsa once you decide where you are going and have been accepted.

if your felony was drug related, i would talk to your parole/probation officer and see if they know about financial aid programs for felons. hope this helps. good luck!

Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov and apply for grants and loans. Like the above person mentioned there is a question about drug convictions, but this would only effect you ONLY if you were in college when you were convicted. I’m attaching a good publication on the types and amounts of fin aid.

Good Luck.

the difficulty is that employers take a risk on anyone they hire. they do no longer choose for people who will thieve from them and that they do no longer choose for somebody who will do some thing to cause them to be sued… that is usually a criminal accountability ingredient. Having a level can assist you.. alot. you will additionally ought to start rebuilding your popularity interior the community. carry out a little volunteer artwork, make your self time-honored to as many corporation vendors and leaders as achievable. once you interview for a job, be forthright and easy. Admit you made intense errors interior the previous yet that now you have grew to become your life around and are waiting to function to society, as a replace of take from it. … and mean it. you will get a job you’ll be happy with, despite the fact that that is going to take a little time.
