The best way to do online courses is to take them from a college close to home, sometimes you can do most of the class online but there might be times where it is convienent to just bring in some assignments, or if you need to meet with an instructor 1 on 1 to get some extra help.

Most community colleges will be about $1,000 per quarter for a full time schedule, and many public universities are around $4,000 per quarter for full time, but they vary so much you really need to look into it for your specific college of choice, the tuition may be higher or lower for online classes, but probably not a big difference.
