How hard is it to change your last name once you have applied for or started Financial aid?
Just wondering, I might be changing my last name back to my madien name soon and thinkning that I should what to apply if I am changing my last name, or should I wait like six moths to change my last name??

i dont think there would be a problem changing your name…you can always put your maiden name on the application as well as your current name(i think there is actually a space for it on there)…if you really arent sure, ask someone in the financial aid office at your school and they would be the best one to ask for help, or if you dont have an office in the school call the main number(should be like an 800 number or something you can call) and speak to someone directly
