How can I find the names of “anomynous nominators” used in foundation grant requests?
Many foundations accept no applications directly from individual grant seekers, but instead use “anonymous nominators” to reccommend persons to receive grants. Is there any way to find out the names of these people/agencies?

no you cant most of the time and someone leaks it to you. but most of the time it is like school principals,teachers, or like sat/act scores.
