Can you help a student by sponsoring his studies/living expenses? Much appreciated…?

My brother really wanted to do his masters course in the UK. (Investment Analysis, University of Stirling). He is from a poor background and not able to find funding. He is very good in studies and got good experience in Investment related subjects. Can anybody help him by sponsoring his studies?..Whatever money spending for him will be returned in 2 years time/after he finding a job. He need around £8000 for tuition fee/£4000 for living expense. I can take care of living expenses but still we need to find £8000. Anybody, atleast with a suggestion??
