Can I go to university and have a student loan even though I already am £3000 in debt from uni previously?
Would I have to pay fees? Could I get any type of loan without paying back my other loan first? I am 25 and earning £13,000 currently. Went to uni in 2005 and left after 6 months.

No because they check that and if you haven’t payed your other loan back they wont give it because they wont trust you.
