Can I get another student loan?
I already have the unsubsidized stafford loan, but I need $3,000 more. Is there any other loans that I can take out without a job. Something that I pay back after I graduate?

There is a max that you can borrow each year in unsubsidized loans, and a max that you can borrow all together. You can apply for a parent plus loan, but you and your parents have to do it together. A parent plus loan is based on credit, so your parents have to make at least $12,000 a year and have no collections accounts or charge offs on your credit report. This is something that you have to do through FASFA and the school. It’s pretty easy to fill out, and if you already have a Master Promissory Note with a loan company then it’s even easier.
