Would alliteration be a type of diction?
so are they two different things? or is the repetitive words of alliterations considered as a type of word choice (diction) ?

Yes, there is alliterative diction. It is not often used, since to use alliteration, you must first be LITERATE, a possessor of a vocabulary beyond that required to consume a comic-book.
