Why the weird words?
Why does the computer animated Mickey Mouse Club House use weird words like Mouse Ka Tools and Toodles when they mean tools? Aren’t we trying to teach our kids how to talk properly??

It is a play on words. Like “rocketeer,” the Mickey Mouse Club referred to its members as “Mouseketeers” and this was obviously transferred to the word for tools for members: “Mouseketools.”
The goal of the Mickey Mouse club is not to “teach our kids … properly” but rather to entertain so as to obtain high ratings. You are perhaps confusing your goals with theirs.
