B, but you could use the phrase “naked eye” to allude that it can be seen wtihout the aid of telescopes

B is the obvious answer.

With this said, I would say that A can also be consider repetitious as a star is bright and if it wasn’t it would not be visible. 🙂

Visible implies “to the eye,” for the most part.

I’d say b. It’s obvious the star would be visible to the eye. Because there is no other organ which can see on your body. So the eye is a given.

B–there is only one way to be visible and that is by using the eye. It would be like saying something is audible to the ear. Repetitive and unnecessary.
