Interesting question. If your meaning is that you want to get through hell in a hurry and come out on the other side of it, the comma is correct. If your meaning is that you are in hell and you want to continue doing what you are doing, then dash is correct.
Just a small fyi – sentence doesn’t have an ‘a’ in it.
