The second one. The statement is making two temporal references: 1) “coming back and telling” and 2) “seeing”. Both are future to the present, but 1) is “more future”. First you’re going to go away (not stated, but implicit in the statement). Then you’re going to see something, then you’re going to return and inform someone, so at the point you’re informing, your seeing is (or will be) in the past.

They mean 2 different things. In both cases, I’m going to come back, and then tell you something. In the first case, I’m going to tell you what I’m seeing right then and there, as I’m talking to you. In the second case, I’m going to tell you what I saw while I was away from you.

when i am back i will tell y ou what i saw if you are talking about what you saw when you were out or when i m back i will tell you what i see if somebody is saying wht do you see in this or something that you will be looking at when you come back. does that make sence?

depends on the situstion, if then person is atlking about what he currently ses when he gets back then the correst one is the first!!

if hes tallking about what he saw while he was gone then the second one is right|!
