where can i do a one year or 6 months course in ‘food processing’ in south india?
i did my B.E in information technology, looking for a course where i can do food processing… a institute in bangalore or to its nearest..?

most of the colleges in south india offer only B.tech course in food processing and technology.very few colleges offer a masters in this discipline and its duration is obviously 2 years.
srm deemed university (chennai)once used to offer a 1 yr course in food processing and i advice you to contact it personally.
