It’s from the gel insole tv commercial. Probably means you’re calm and cool, if the person using the phrase chooses to go with the connotation of the commercial.

Its means an add company with more money than brains, is polluting the world with their own dumb words or slang.They want to sell jel inserts for your shoes.I’m standing pat no insoles from them,I dislike that commerical to mental fatique a scream ,at the TV and other things we won’t mention.

It was most likely made for that gel insole commercial. It most likely was meant to mean “you are smooth” or “you move smoothly”. I doubt that it is an actual expression.

Oh, it’s that stupid commercial about the gel insoles, and the guy’s like, “Dude, are you gellin’?” and he’s like “I’m gellin’ like Magellan.”

It could mean jealous too, though.
