What is the English word describing a person who dies on their birthday?

I’m asking this question for a friend. She insists that in high school she read across this strange word that describes a person dying on their birthday — either down the road, or on the very day they’re born. I’m not sure what part of speech (noun, adjective, etc.) the word is, but she’s adamant that it exists and she’s been wanting to rediscover this strange word. Are there any English-language savvy people out there that know this one?

Janus day.

Janus is the Roman god of gates and doorways. He is symbolized by two faces: one that looks forward and one that looks back. Janus represents time. He is also a symbol of beginnings and endings.

I’m not sure what you would call a person who has the same birth and death days, though. Maybe a Janarian??

I honestly don’t believe there is a word for that, generally speaking. However your friend might be trying to think of the word “ides.” Julious Ceasar died on the same day as his birthday, March 15 and in literature and elsewhere this date is considered unlucky and is reffered to as “The Ides of March.” Like I said though… this doesn’t apply to any other date of a person dying on their birthday, just Ceasar specifically.

I did some research on this, both in books I have and on the internet, and found nothing. If there is such a word, no one seems to know it!
