Cust Care Rep is the first tier of support to the customers. They are the one answering calls or service you at the counter. They log in the incidents and do first-level trouble shooting if they are trained and escalate technical and other complicated issues to the proper party.Normally, especially in a call centre environment, after Technical Support solves the prob, Cust Care Rep will still be the one does follow up with the customers
