arthroscopic if you mean is a minimally invasive surgical procedure in which an examination and sometimes treatment of damage of the interior of a joint is performed using an arthroscope, a type of endoscope that is inserted into the joint through a small incision

orthoscopic if you mean Having correct vision or producing it. Orthoscopic, in other words, is free from optical distortion or designed to correct distorted vision. This fits with the prefix “ortho”, meaning straight or erect, and with “scopic” from the Greek “skopein”, to see. Orthoscopic literally is to see straight. (The word “orthoscopic” is often confused with “arthroscopic” which refers to the viewing of joints. Knee surgery performed with a small scope is arthroscopic knee surgery, not orthoscopic knee surgery.)

“Spelt” is not a an American word, here it is “spelled.” I do not know if it is an actual English word. There are some differences between American English and British English, so as I said it could be correct where you live. You should check a local dictionary to find out if it is listed.
