For Shakespear its called Archaic (means old/ ancient)

That person would have a speech impediment called a lisp.

After having speech therapy, as a child, you can only notice I have a lisp unless I’m really, really, tired. Then, I sound like Sylvester the cat. lol

lisp – a speech defect that involves pronouncing ‘s’ like voiceless ‘th’ and ‘z’ like voiced ‘th’.

(Possibly the most cruel part is that the word “lisp” is often lisped… so the person with the speech impediment would pronounce it “lithp”!)
