I either agree with you, or completely disagree, and I can’t figure which. I don’t think that there should be special laws for any of us. Hate is hate, regardles of the reason for it. If I personally want t discriminate, I should be allowed. You should also AVOID me, and my business, if that is how I behave. (obviously, I attempt NEVEr to discriminate based on anything ther than someone’s behavior). I think that the laws are unnecessary now. If I don’t want to serve blacks in my restaurant, I shouldn’t have to. I should be put out of business by humans who know I’m an idiot, but, it is my right to do as I choose. The punishment would fit the crime, in that case. Government need not be involved at all. Murder, assault, harassment, etc. are all illegal anyway. No better or worse if committed against a certain individual who fits in a “protected class”. That being said, let me reiterate that I personally love all people of all “protected classes” – until and unless they hurt me or my family. I would (and have, and will continue to) serve all people in my business, my hiring practices, and my social circles. Blessings!
