A fat thigh may be hiding bumps etc, skinny thighs can’t do that.
(Just a guess!)

Basically it’s about cheating on your diet. If you have thin thighs, it means that you’re not hiding the cellulite.
It’s a myth though, as just because your thighs are thin, it doesn’t mean you’re necessarily healthy.
