Umm, could you include what sentence it was in? Because, as we all know, one word can have more than one meaning..
If you have mispelled it and meant “noob” or “n00b”, then I have a few things to say.
“newb”, “newbie”, etc. is used for someone who is NEW to something.
“noob”, or (more frequently spelled) “n00b” is someone whom you dislike, or who you find particularly annoying. A “noob” usually lacks common sense, is illiterate, and shows no particular signs of intelligence.
