What does Mr. Personality mean?
I heard this expression many times but in different context. So its confusing to me as to what it means. I have a feeling its used for someone who doesn’t have a personality, so just use when being sarcastic. Is this right? If not, what does it mean?

it can be used sarcastically for someone that does not have a personality, or real for someone that has a great personality…personally I used it for someone without one..

It can go either way. My brother has a friend who my parents refer to as Mr. Personality in a sarcastic manner.

To me it means it is my male cat’s name! He has a really neat personality. I call him Persy for short.
