It would help to see the context but I’ll give you an overview.

E’en means that a letter has been omitted between the two E’s and therefore the probability is that the word is even.

Similarly, e’er is probably EVER. Haply is a contraction of happily. Happy means that a person’s emotional state is good and joyful. Hence means therefore.

e’en is a contraction of even.

e’er is a contraction of ever.

hap’ly is a contraction of happily. At least, I think so. I could be wrong on this one.

happy means joyful, in good spirits, having a pleasant attitude.

hence… I’m not certain. It can be used like “therefore,” but it is also a part of “henceforth,” which means “from now on.”
