“run to the outhouse by will e. make it, the sequel by betty didn’t” ???
a friend of mine sent me that message.. i don’t know what it means..

It’s a gag joke-it uses names in a funny way to make well known phrases or idioms.
Run to the outhouse by will e. make it (will he make it) , the sequel by betty didn’t (bet he didn’t).

How about if you read it as:
Outhouse = toilet so
“Run to the toilet” by “will he make it”. Followed by “I bet he didnt (make it).”
Never did find such lavatorial humour funny.
