What are the meaning of these words: Paradoxical Intention, Dereflection, Parable Method?
These terms are related in Logotherapy..in guidance and counseling..thanks for your answers

paradoxical intention is deliberately testing people with a mental (neurotic) habit or thought to identify or find the habit of theirs and try to get rid of it.
Dereflection, a therapist distracts the patient away from their problems towards something else meaningful in the world.
and i couldnt find out the meaning of parable method, but the meaning of parable is short so I’m assuming parable method is a short method (or if you like a short way).
