Good service for me is when the person helping you is fully atentive to what you have to say. Puts a smile on and tries their very best to fulfill your needs. And when they can’t help, they direct you to another place/person who can, or they suggest something else.

When the person speaks kindly, answers your questions, and really does the job right.
