They are common nouns, and just take an “s.”
However, cliche has an accent.
One cliché
Two clichés
One hurt. (I have a hurt.)
Two hurts. A child might say “I have two hurts.” An adult is more likely to turn it into a verb and say “I have been hurt twice” or to use hurt as a general term or an adjective including ALL hurts, as in “I am hurt.” (predicate adjective, just like “I am blue.”
(Hurt is more commonly used as a verb but it can work as a noun. If plural, it is very childlike.
