Retiring my YA keyboard.?

I am throwing in the towel. If I can be accused of abuse and penalized for stating as an answer that I am all answered out for the day, then it is time for me to give up and bow out. I have enjoyed word/word/play but the fun is gone now. Do you blame me?

Please hang in there. I know it is unfair, but please don’t worry about the points, and just have fun asking and answering questions. I have linked to your questions and enjoy seeing them and would miss your presence.

It helps to realize that many things in life are unfair. Sometimes it hurts, but if you decide it doesn’t matter and choose not to take it personally, it does really make it easier. Take what is good, and toss the rest.

Don’t leave! Fight the power lady bug! And really, who gives a rip what yahoo thinks anyway. This is about the fun of answering questions or playing word games. The points aren’t even worth the thin air they’re made out of. If Yahoo doesn’t like your answer, post a question about communism and how it relates to certain internet sites…ahem….fight the power! But do it with us here on YA

I wouldn’t take it so hard if I were you. I have successfully appealed a violation, although I have also been unsuccessful in others. Apparently all it takes is for someone to report you and you receive a violation and lose points.

In one case, I was more upset over the fact that my wonderful answer was deleted because of someone’s spite and idiocy. I spend most of my time in Politics, however, so I guess I shouldn’t be so sensitive.

No. They seem to allow vlugarities but delete more mild answers. Even some questions have offensive language but is still allowed. Dont understand it myself.
