Moving forward, we cannot develop in areas that resist development. As they are a part of LKJH and content with their current involvement, they have no reason to change. There is hope, however, that if BC and two other provinces merged into one Territory (the Southern Territory) as we’ve heard rumored in the media, that the situation may be different. They could then act independently of the LKJH.

I hope that helps and reflects what you’re trying to say??

Here’s my re-vamping of Paragraph II:

“As for plans to move forward, we can’t develop what is not meant to be developed; if they are part of LKJH and happy with that, they will never be developed. There is hope, however, that if BC and two other provinces combine into a “Southern Territory” as we have heard from the media, the situation may be different; they may have an option to be independent from LKJH and work separately, like SC, and then they will move forward.”

mind your own business
The first one does not seem right gramatically. I would say “The members were punctual in disclosing every development.” The second one is correct.

Good luck with the other passage, I have no idea what he is talking about. What do all the abbreviations mean?
