Please edit this sentence with perfect grammar, is it written:

I understand that your phone may be BROKE but please text me. OR

I understand that your phone may be BROKEN but please text me.

Also do i need the word “that” in this sentence or does it need to be left out. Please reply ASAP anyone with excellent grammar, writers, teachers, thanks

Well, it might vary depending on the context in which you are using the sentence.

First of all, consider that if someone’s phone is broken, that they will likely be incapable of sending a text message, but I’m going to guess that you’ve already factored that in here.

If you were, for example, trying to let a person know that you’d like them to send you a text message in place of the phone call, then you may want to go with this:

“I understand that your phone may be broken, but please text me anyway”

Or more cordially and formally:

“My understanding is that your phone is broken so, if possible, please send me a text.”
