“Or here or at the Capitol” why Shakespeare used the word “or”?

In Shakespeare’s “Julius Caesar” when Laepidus asks Anthony or Octavius if he’ll meet them here (at the house) or not, Octavius replies: “Or here or at the Capitol”, why Shakespeare didn’t say: “Here or at the Capitol”? why did he add “or” at the beginning of Octavius’ reply???

Elizabethan English speakers used or/or (“Or here, or at the Capitol”) to indicate what modern English speakers indicate with either/or.

Because last time people replied “or not” with “or here or at the capitol”. It’s direct – the “or” being retained in the answer
