“Isn’t it nice?” or “Lovely, isn’t it?” Here are some more difinitions for suteki 素敵: lovely, dreamy, beautiful, great, fantastic, superb, cool, capital. “da” is an informal form of the verb “to be” or “to exist.” “ne” is a flavor word which can be thought of like how some Eastern Europeans throw “no?” on the end of the sentence: “It’s lovely” becomes “It’s lovely, no?” (Note that “ne” cannot be used to answer a Yes/No question in Japanese.) Also, Japanese word order differs from English word order, which is why the verb appears *after* the adjective. The literal translation here would be: “Lovely (it) is, no?”

it’s japanese, means’ isn’t it beautiful’, there is a song named suteki da ne sang by rikki in final fantasy x (my favourite game ever!) but if translate into vietnamese, it means “Điều đó không thật đẹp sao?”

It means “don’t you think this is beautiful/good/great/nice?”. By the way, this is not vietnamese. It’s japanese. I take japanese as my third language so I know this. Cheers. 🙂
