The contractor has shown a high commitment for the satisfaction of the customers(should be “to the satisfaction…” You’re not committed for something, you are committed to it. They (shouldn’t use this pro-noun here since technically they are supposed to rename the last used noun. In your case, “customers”) are very responsive to the (get rid of “the”)issues coming from both host government and (the) USDA. Furthermore, this high commitment is supported by effective coordination between home office and advisor in decision making process.

All other errors were already covered.

The contractor has shown a high commitment for the satisfaction of it’s customers. They are very responsive to the issues coming from both host government, and USDA. First of all your question should read, “Are there any grammatical errors……

I think it might read:

The contractor has shown a high commitment toward the satisfaction of the customers. They are very responsive to the issues coming from both the host government and the USDA. Furthermore, this high commitment is supported by effective co-ordination between home office and the advisor(s) in the decision making process.

decision-making: it’s hyphenated. There should be a comma after home and office and advisor. Like so: The contractor has shown a high commitment for the satisfaction of the customers. They are very responsive to the issues coming from both host government and USDA. Furthermore, this high commitment is supported by effective coordination between home, office, and advisor, in decision-making process.

There are, but the bigger issue is that the paragraph doesn’t make any sense.
