Is the “t” sound left out when speaking fast in this case? HELP!?
“Is it noisy?”
If so, please give me more examples that some sounds are missing when speaking fast in english. The more, the better.

The “t” sound is important in distinguishing this sentence from “Is he noisy?” so it would not normally be left out. As stated in the answer above, a rapid or careless speaker would be much more likely to say ” ‘s it noisy?” than “Is i’ noisy?”.

I think typically if speaking this sentence very fast the result would more closely resemble dropping the i in is creating a sound like this “zit noisy?”
