Instead of being flabbergastered could my gaster be flabbered?
Is it the same?
Or should I say my flabber was gastered?
Which one is best?

You can’t split it like that at all, you see, because to be flabbergasted is to be jumped by a flabbergast, which is a giant rabid bunny that hides in shadows waiting for you to be surprised (amazingly, its appearance is rarely a surprise in itself).
Hope that helps… and don’t go looking for them. They’re invisible, too.

Your flabber is never gastered, but your flibber and your flubber can be gusted.
And tell the purple hedgehogs I’m on the do not call list.
