You need to include the entire street address in your query. Many cities have more than one zip code. I’ve come upon instances in which after many years, US Postal has changed a zip code for a particular area — but that is not common.

It depends on if it’s a new development. Alot of companies will update zip changes, street changes, etc. with the US postal service weekly, some bi-weekly, and some only monthly.
If it is a new development, give it a little more time for all databases to recognize the street and zip code association.
