I need to edit this sentence without using the word will.?

If the meaning of the sentence is that there aren’t Mexican or Chinese restaurants there at present, you can say “One does not see a…”

If the meaning is that in the future, such restaurants will (still?) be absent, then the word “will” is unavoidable. Because that’s the proper way to make your verb work in future tense.

Your sentence, as it is, is colloquially fine, since it’s understood that you’re talking about a hypothetical one who takes a hypothetical trip to Germany in the near future.
