I’d probably describe it as something that seemingly doesn’t make sense but could be possible regardless.

Point out that if the statement is true, it must be false.

Stand back and see what happens.

Eight year olds are definitely smart enough to understand this.

It’s something that makes itself wrong and right at the same time.
