is it just “haben” or is it changed into like “habe” or “hat” or something else?

It’s been a million years since my high school german, but I’m 99% sure on “haben.” Wir always takes the infinitve form.

It’s “haben”; the infinitive form is used for most plural pronouns, so it works.
