How can I word this?

End with some upbeat office-y message like “See you there!”
I always like to put the request (please join us) toward the beginning of an announcement, as it grabs attention, and feels a bit like a formal invitation.
When the student workers are leaving, or that they’re leaving on different days, isn’t something you need to put on the flier—mention it at the luncheon in your welcome speech, if you like. Keep the announcement simple and direct.
RE: APPRECIATION LUNCH
There will be an appreciation lunch for all student workers the dates for the lunch will range from 14th August until 25th August.
Look forward to seeing you all.
Please let me know if you can attend and the dates you will be leaving, as soon as possible.
Regards.
