“Enjoy yourself” is this a right phrase,if so what does it mean?

will it be right to follow a congratulatory note with the above mentioned phrase” enjoy yourself”

“Enjoy yourself” means “Have fun”. If you are congratulating someone for an achievement, “enjoy yourself” would not be the phrase I would choose. “Good luck for the future”, or “best wishes” would be safer to use. Even a simple “Well done!” would be better than “enjoy yourself”.

Yes, it would. If you tell someone ‘enjoy yourself’, it means that you want them to have a good time. “I hope you enjoy yourself” might sound a little better than “enjoy yourself” but the first is more formal and the second is more casual.

I would say yes; particularly in reference to completing school, etc. As in: “congratulations on your hard work and achievement. Now, enjoy yourself!”
