Basically shunned means people will act as if you do not exist. The word down has nothing to do with it. People can look down on you, but that doesn’t mean they shun you. Also who else would be shunning you besides people. All you need to say is, I have been shunned, the rest is implied.

No, neither “shunned down” nor “shunned down upon” make any sense.

To be shunned means people keep away from you because they dislike you or are cautious of you for some reason.

They avoid you.

Well “Shunned on by people” would make sense or “Shunned down by people” would make sense but that saying is just wierd.
