Do you think this sentence is grammatically fine?

For your further information, I hereby attach a booklet about the information on anything related to the Conference as well as a map of the venue area.

No, a booklet isn’t “about” information, it contains information. And “anything” doesn’t make sense. It’s also redundant (although not strictly wrong) to say the information is for their information. “Venue area” isn’t very clear, is it a map of just the venue or of the area around it?

I hereby attach a booklet of information about the Conference (and related events?), as well as a map of the venue/area around the venue.

Nope. You can do better. You repeat yourself, and use real formal words that (don’t seem) to belong there.

Let’s see if we can make it better:

I have attached a booklet for those requiring further information on anything related to the Conference, as well as a map of the venue area.

OR

For more information, please refer to the attached booklet, which contains further materials related to the Conference, as well as a map of the area.

I hope this helps.

Maybe “…..hereby attach a booklet containing full Conference details including a map of the venue area” would sound better?!

It is correct but a bit awkward. “As per your letter (or As per our telephone conversation…) I am attaching a booklet with further details of the Conference which includes a map of the venue area.”

For your convenience I have attached the conference agenda (Note: I presume this is what you meant?) as well as venue details.

Don’t quote me on this, though, English is my second language.

Dear Great I,

I think you would improve its’ readability by placing a comma

after ‘Conference’. Otherwise, fine.
