1 a rise (rise is the only appropriate noun) *raise is used as a noun when speaking of a ‘raise’ in pay, otherwise it is usually a verb

For Q1 – the main suitable answer must be (c). not (d) because of the fact we don’t say ‘observing of’. not (b) because of the fact ‘fact’ skill that something grew to become into being watched. For Q2 – the main suitable answer is (b). The observe ‘volume’ would confer with money. .
