they don’t even look at high school grades, seriously. If you are sure you want to be a Dr, you should look into a program that has early acceptance into the medical program. They you could get accepted into the med program before you are done with your premed.

they might look at it as a reference, but it really doesn’t matter, all they look at in general are the pre-requisites and their grades, so make sure you take them and do really well. In addition, they’ll usually have a page dedicated to “volunteer hours”… so get that started if you haven’t already. It doesn’t necessary have to be medicine related, but would work in your favour if you ie) candy stripe or something

well duh, you need high school grades to go to a good medical college and have some scholarship money, i know you don’t want to pay that yourself. but other than that they are insignificant.
