What’s the difference between a single dog and a double dog dare? What’s the extra ‘kick’ needed to add that second dog?

Well me and my friends only play truth or dare without the extra ad-ons to the dares but like you have to make the dare more extreme like if you dared someone to lick the floor you could kick it up more and say to lick it longer or put something on the floor like a muddy footprint and dare them
to lick that but adding the dog onto it is really old so i would just stick to truth or dare.
If you reall want something different try truth or triple thruth where you have to put your friend in a particular situation and ask what they would do if they pick triple truth
Then there is dare or double dare and its basically like kicking the dare up if they pick double dare
